Our Mission
In today's fast-moving business climate, establishing mutual trust between employers and staff is vital. However, securing official backgrounds, executing biometric validation, and ensuring right-to-work compliance has historically been expensive and slow.
Keepsafe.ng was founded to break down these barriers. We provide a secure, automated framework to digitize employee onboarding, match identity documents against state records, and securely store audit histories. Our services are offered completely free for approved local employers via our mobile application.
Legal & Registry Information
Keepsafe operates as a legally registered entity in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and compliant with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
Onboarding Infrastructure
To provide top-tier, reliable identity validation, Keepsafe integrates with **Dojah**, a leading secure identity infrastructure developer.
All biometric checks, liveness captures, and document scans are processed directly through Dojah's secure API pipelines, matching identity credentials (NIN Slip, Passport, or Driver's License) against verified government registries (including the National Identity Management Commission for NIN Slips) directly within the Keepsafe mobile application.
